Tim who is very well known for his NY times best seller 4-hour work week has just released his new book: 4-hour body. Over at brain health hacks blog they are always looking for simple efficient hacks to improve brain health, and they post a video of Tim discussing the ideology of hacks and how it applies to hacks for the body.
